Taylor Oliver Partnership
About Us

Company Profile

The Taylor Oliver Partnership provides a personal financial planning service based around five core values – trust, transparency, simplicity, enthusiasm and understanding.

As a primarily fee-based operation the Partnership offers truly independent financial advice. It is also one of the few Chartered financial planning practices in the UK.

The team at Taylor Oliver work closely with clients and professionals including solicitors, accountants and fund managers, to achieve individual financial and lifetime goals.

Client Relationships

Many organisations claim to deliver a personal service to their clients but in reality rarely do! At Taylor Oliver ‘personal service’ actually means something.  Personal shouldn't mean call centres in India, advisers who only come to see you when they have something to sell or those that don't ring back when you need them.

Personal means knowing how clients think, understanding what they want to achieve in life and working with them on a plan to get them there.

Taylor Oliver is a people business, passionate about bringing clients’ plans to life.  We are extremely enthusiastic about our business and it is important that we grow it over the years with the right people.

We pride ourselves on having a high degree of understanding with our clients and focus on asking the right questions about life goals, ensuring the plans we put into place will help achieve them.

How we are paid

Initial meetings with new clients are always without obligation or fee.

That first meeting will establish our compatibility. We feel this is crucial as we build long term relationships with our clients and it is important that we like each other, ensuring an enjoyable and mutually beneficial journey.

Should we decide to work together our services will be charged on a fee basis.  The level of fee is agreed at the outset and this addresses one of our core values, transparency.

We charge on a set fee basis rather than a time-based fee, as we prefer to manage expectations and this way our clients know the level of their commitment. Each fee is bespoke depending on individual circumstances.
